Shipping

All items are handmade in my Toronto studio and ship within 1 week of your order date. Custom orders may take longer.

Free shipping is currently available on all orders (for a limited time).

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
– Within Canada: 2–8 business days
– United States: 3–8 business days
– International: 6–10 business days

All orders come with tracking. If you’d like to upgrade to express shipping, just send me a message through the contact page or Instagram DM before placing your order—I’m happy to help!

US Tariffs

All U.S. tariffs and import fees are included in the price—no extra charges upon delivery.



Returns

I do my best to ensure every customer is happy with their order. If there’s any issue with your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Refunds can be issued upon request. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All return shipments must include tracking.
